FAQs

Cancellations  need to be done prior to 48hrs before the time of tour in order to be eligible for a refund.

Group Tour cancellations may cancel for a refund minus the cost of any beverages purchased for the bus so long as it is cancelled no later than 7 days before the event.

Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.

Any cancellations made by The Brewin Bus due to a fault of their own will be eligible for either  a refund or a reschedule at a different tour time.   Tours may be cancelled if there are less than 10 tickets sold. In this case, we will provide a refund or allow you to transfer your ticket to another tour date.

Food or beverages are not allowed on the bus, unless provided by the Brewin Bus. We have the right to confiscate any food or beverages brought onto the bus.

Included in your ticket is one pint at each of the breweries we stop at.  You may choose to purchase food or additional drinks directly from the breweries while we are there. If ordering food, please be mindful that the tour spends approx 50 min at each stop and needs to stay on schedule.

We’ll meet at Commonwealth Breweries in the Gasoline Alley Market and make this our first stop on the Brew Tour!  We’ll stay for a pint and then from here, everyone gets on the bus and we’re off!

Drop off is disclosed 48hrs prior to the tour date. Please ensure you have a sober, responsible driver meet you there. We do not condone drinking or driving and are not responsible for your actions once you leave the bus.

Bring joy and a positive attitude!  Proper photo ID is also required, you won’t be allowed on the bus without it. Also bring your ticket, either printed off or on your phone but please no cracked phone screens, we need to be able to scan the ticket.

The Brewin Bus is 18+ only and photo ID is required in order to board the bus. We reserve the right to refuse entry onto the bus, without refund,  if proper ID is not provided

Our stops do not include a tour of the brewery however feel free to ask the brewery any and all questions you may have!

The tour is approximately 4 hours long with 50 minutes at each of the breweries.

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start time so there is time to register and receive your beer tickets. The bus leaves at 5, unfortunately we can not wait for late arrivals. Refunds will not be given for failure to be on the bus at time of departure.

We want to make sure that everyone on the bus has the best time possible so we ask that you please follow the guidelines below.  If at any point these guidelines are not followed, you may be asked to leave the bus without a refund. We are not responsible for ensuring you have a ride back to your vehicle if you’re asked to leave.

  • We suggest not predrinking prior to the tour. I know,  pregaming seems like a great idea but unfortunately if anyone is overly intoxicated or is refused service at a venue then your adventure with us is cut short and you’ll be asked to leave the bus.
  • Do not consume alcohol outside of the venues we visit. Consumption is restricted to the breweries we’re visiting.
  • Any messes, including getting ill, will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
  • Pretty obvious but no weapons allowed. We want everyone to feel safe and have a great time. Anyone in possession of a weapon will be automatically removed from the bus.
  • Lets all stay together! It’s your responsibility to ensure that you are on the bus at go time or you may be left behind.
  • Please be respectful of others on and off the tour. We’re all friends here so lets not get obnoxious and  ruin it for everyone, respect others around you.
  • No drugs or other controlled substances. Obviously! There is no vaping allowed on the bus, keep that outside please.
  • No Harassment – Harassment of  The Brewin Bus  staff, venue staff and patrons or other tour participants will result in immediate removal from the tour.
  • Help us help you get home safe by knowing your limit and staying within it!
